House of Mosaic Candles customer service will email customers to determine which scents they would like for their subscription on a  monthly basis unless otherwise instructed. Orders will not be shipped until this information is provided.

Yes, skipping a month is allowed. Simply email customer service at, info@houseofmosaiccandles.com, with your request. Please notify us at least 10 days before your next payment is expected to be processed.

Yes, customers may pause their subscriptions for up to three months. Simply email customer service at, info@houseofmosaiccandles.com, with your request. Please notify us at least 10 days before your next payment is expected to be processed. If customers would like to pause their subscriptions for over three months, their subscription will be canceled and a new subscription would need to be started when they are ready to resume.

Customers can update their shipping address by emailing customer service at, info@houseofmosaiccandles.com. If the credit card information needs to be updated, the subscription will need to be canceled and the customer can set up a new subscription with the new credit/debit card.
