Discounts & Promotions

If you received a discount code through one of our promotions, enter it at checkout.

After applying your code, please review your updated subtotal. Your new total may change free-shipping eligibility or other promotion thresholds.

Certain bundles are already priced with built-in savings. For this reason, additional discount codes cannot be applied.

Orders

To check the status of your order or find tracking information, please log on to your House of Mosaic Candles Account or call House of Mosaic Candles Customer Service at 310-625-2924. We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Please contact us immediately via email if you notice that you made a mistake entering your shipping address. Send your inquiry to: info@houseofmosaiccandles.com

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are actively reviewing new options with our carriers and hope to expand soon.

Inspect your package right away. If anything is damaged, email info@houseofmosaiccandles.com with photos within 7 days so we can assist you quickly.

returns

You may return unused products within 10 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Used candles and products cannot be returned, and we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Every item is inspected before shipping. If your item is damaged in transit, we are happy to replace or refund it with photo proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@houseofmosaiccandles.com within 10 days with your return request and reason for the return. Once approved, securely pack the items using the original packaging or similar protection and keep your tracking number.

Product

Upon receiving your package, ​please​​ bring it indoors​, open the box and store all of your products upright​. This simple step helps shield your items from freezing or melting in the winter and hot summer months.

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

It is recommended during the initial and subsequent burns of your candle to burn long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of wax, which can take a few hours. Allowing the candle to liquefy from edge-to-edge will keep the opening wide and prevent tunneling. If you feel there is another issue affecting the performance of your candle, please email us at info@houseofmosaiccandles.com.

It is recommended to trim candle wicks to ¼” before each use. This will help prevent soot and extend the life of the candle. Do not drop matches or other flammable items into the candle.

We use a proprietary blend of coconut-soy was because it provides an excellent cold and hot fragrance throw and gives the candles an even burn. This wax is not completely paraffin-free. It contains a small amount of food-grade paraffin to improve performance, fragrance throw and overall stability. All of our candles have a cotton fiber core wick. Our candles are non-toxic, Paraben-free and Phthalate-free!

Candle Workshops/Corporate Teambuilders

Yes! Celebrate birthdays, team events, or girls’ nights with a private candle-making experience! Our candle workshops last roughly two hours and your party designs and pours their own candles. At the end of class, you are able to take your candles with you. No waiting. We are fully mobile. Travel fees may apply.

Candle Bar Activation

Yes! Our Candle Bar is a great way to offer your guests a one-of-a-kind experience that they will remember and talk about. We will work with your planning department to select a package that works for your event. We offer a variety of scents and vessels to make your experience unique.
